ABOUT OUR MANUFACTURING

Custom Bottle Manufacturing provides plastic bottles in a variety of sizes and resins. We have a broad line of stock bottles ranging in size from ½ ounce to 2 gallons. We also provide custom tooling, tailoring the product to your specifications and budget. We offer low minimum run requirements and quick response to your requirements.

We operate in a state-of-the-art facility in Naugatuck, CT employing over 200 people. Our plant operates 24 hours each day, 7 days per week. We produce with 13 extrusion blow-molding machines made by the world's highest quality equipment manufacturers.

We have the capability to produce using the following resins: HDPE-high density polyethylene, LDPE-low density polyethylene, PETG-PET-glycol modified, PP-polypropylene, PVC-polyvinyl chloride, PCR-post consumer resin.

Our manufacturing division follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as established by the Food and Drug Administration for manufacturers of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical device products. The goal of this stringent quality system is to control every step of the manufacturing process in order to insure that our products are safe and effective.

Decorating Division-Our in-house capability to provide silkscreening and application of pressure-sensitive labels is made possible by our high-speed, fully automated machines. Single and multi-pass decorating is available for your needs. We pride ourselves on close tolerance, precision work demanded by our customers- some of the nations leading consumer packagers.
