Custom Bottle provides silkscreen decorating and pressure sensitive label application for a complete package.

With state-of-the-art Kammann presses, Custom Bottle has the capability to perform high-speed single and multi-pass silkscreening on a variety of round and oval bottles manufactured in polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and PET. The decorating department supplies extremely accurate color-to-color registration and superior quality, and our high speeds translate into faster delivery times especially on multi-pass work. Fine details and a high gloss appearance are achieved through the use of environmentally friendly UV inks. All our decorating, including single-pass work, is automatically seam registered for the best possible result. The inclusion of in-line flaming on all our machines ensures that the finished product will meet the most stringent adhesion tests. Custom Bottle also offers full in-house screenmaking and custom color matching as well as UPC code verification services.

Custom Bottle can apply your pressure sensitive label - either as the sole bottle decoration or in conjunction with silkscreening. Our equipment allows us to apply labels that are full wrap, front and back panels, or spot labels in conjunction with silkscreening. All labels are automatically seam registered.

Our in-house decorating capabilities gives our customers a variety of savings. Our prices reflect the efficiencies we obtain by using high speed equipment and the labor savings promoted by our use of automatic unscrambling, line-feeding equipment. In addition, utilizing our decorating facility eliminates the necessity of paying freight to an outside decorator, and we absorb all scrap loss.

Custom Bottle has a large library of decorating tooling for our stock bottles and we are constantly adding decorating and auto feeder tooling. Our Custom Bottle staff is always available to assist you with your decorating needs.

Following are some basic guidelines for your decorating planning:

SILKSCREEN PARAMETERS

• Round bottles from 1 oz. to 32 oz.
• Oval bottles from 1 oz. to 32 oz.
• Decorating areas - 1/2" off base line; 1/8" off shoulder; 1/2" gap between panels

LABEL PARAMETERS

• 3" core diameter
• 13.5" maximum roll diameter
• Unwind #4 - left side off first, wound out
• Maximum label height 6"
